About

Dan Israeli, born in Haifa, Israel in 1982.

Dan began playing Bridge at the age of 15, as part of his school experience. Growing up, Dan’s love for the game grew stronger, and he decided to make his passion his career by becoming a Professional Player.

Dan participated in many local and international competitions; among those was the JuniorPairs Championship in Slovakia in 2006, the 2011 European Open Championship in Poland, the 2015 Chicago Nationals and the 2018 Philadelphia Nationals.  Dan has won the National Cup in 2013 and the National Pairs Championship in 2015.

For the past 10 years, Dan has been teaching students how to excel at Bridge – grasping the complexity of the game and playing like a Pro.

  • 2011 – European Open Championship, 23rd in Open Pairs, 9th-16th in Open Teams
  • 2012 – Eilat, Annual Red Sea Festival, 1st in the Open Pairs
  • 2013 – Israel, National Teams Cup, 1st
  • 2014 – Tel Aviv, Annual Festival, 1st in the Handicapped Pairs
  • 2015 – Israel, National Pairs Championship, 1st
  • 2015 – Chicago Summer Nationals, 7th in the Wernher Open Pairs
  • 2017 – Tel Aviv, Annual Festival, 3rd in the BAM Teams
  • 2018 – Philadelphia Spring Nationals, Round of 32 in the Vandebilt
